Position Summary: We seek an enthusiastic Finance professional with excellent analytic and communication skills to join the CRG Group Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team.

Role Summary:

The Sr. Financial Analyst will be a key member of the business team supporting reporting activities and analytics for senior leadership. In this role the Sr. Financial Analyst will own and drive value-added analytics for weekly, monthly, and quarterly results and forecast. Being part of a team where collaboration is key, you will get a clear understanding of our CRG structure.

Strong preference will be given to candidates located within close vicinity to our Wilmington (NC), Morrisville (NC), Philadelphia (PA), Waltham (MA), or Carlsbad (CA) offices.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with month-end and quarter-end close processes, including P&L, balance sheet, and income statement support.

  • Support the CRG Functions, including Quality and Legal, serving as a trusted finance resource to functional leaders.

  • Assist with all CRG Group FP&A deliverables, including QBR, MBR.

  • Provide value-added analytics that highlight key trends, variances, forecasts, and anticipatory analysis for revenue metrics across different reports. Support the forecast reporting process via ad-hoc requests, analytics, and commentary.

  • Support end-to-end analysis & reviews of revenue metrics.

  • Assist in the development and presentation of material that drives standardization across a global company.

  • Support the Annual Operating Planning (AOP) process.

  • Provide QC support of reporting and analytics for VP packages.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related fields

  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong Excel and modeling skills

  • Be willing to learn programming languages like VBA and visualization tools like Power BI to transform financial data and analysis

  • Strong skills and working knowledge of HFM / CMR / PLN or equivalent financial program

Salary Transparency

This is a salaried role that will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. Compensation will be initially discussed during the screening period, with actual compensation confirmed in writing at the time of offer.
