Thermo Fisher Scientific Project Manager, Client Services in United States
Essential duties & responsibilities:
Working closely with clients to understand the project requirements for clinical packaging and Distribution services, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal team members including the Operations, Quality Assurance, Procurement, and Distribution team for study design, proposal, planning, scheduling, and execution of the project.
Preparation of packaging design, label design, and batch record based on the study design & client requirements.
Train the ground staff for all new project specifications and designs.
Monitoring the work is being performed as per the pre-defined study design & requirements.
End to end management of packaging and distribution projects including coordination and communication of all relevant activities, all services and products are ready as required by the client, within the given timelines, and with all internal, client specific & regulatory compliances.
Monitor and record change in the scope of projects/contracts. Arrange for change controls & change orders as required.
Ensure accurate and regular invoicing, and collection within the timelines.
Investigate and report on internal non-conformances. Assist others in investigations to issues not relevant to assigned studies.
Build upon and maintain customer base through Customer Service, frequent client interaction and technical expertise.
Participate in cross-functional business process improvement activities as required.
Participate in external & internal audits.
To ensure that SOP’s are being followed while performing project related procedures
Timely raise and provide recommendations to technical & non-technical issues related to project to Internal & External team members
Responsible to facilitate & attend Business review meetings with Clients
Responsible for organizing and delivery of training, including cross training of other members of Fisher where appropriate.
