We are looking for you to join our team as a ACCOUNT MANAGER in TBS for the region Slovakia.

Key responsibilities include, but are not exclusively:

  • Working in compliance with legislation and IMS (required for all)

  • Assume and be accountable for achieving the Sales Budget in alignment with the set KPI´s.

  • Maintaining and expanding business-relationships in territory to assist in achieving Budget.

  • Preparing and communicating account management plans and period sales reports as required.

  • Support the installation of TBS systems, provide applications support and training to customers.

  • Develop an in-depth knowledge and experience of TBS software, assay performance and applications.

  • Ability to work efficiently and professionally in a customer facing role, both internal and external.

  • Provide comprehensive, timely sales and technical assistance (either in person, by phone and/or written correspondence) to customers in response to enquiries/reports from the field.

  • Respond to tenders, quote requests and pricing registration submissions in liaison with TBS Czech team.

  • Maintain product knowledge and technical ability at a competent level.

  • Attend all TBS training courses as required (overseas, local and via webinar).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or Science related degree (or equivalent)

  • Good track record in Customer Service and Technical Support.

  • Good professional communication skills when dealing with customers.

  • Experience in Biochemistry, Haematology and/or Immunology fields and workflow

  • Knowledge of clinical laboratory procedures.

  • Excellent teammate.
