Our global Clinical Operations colleagues within our PPD® clinical research services provide end-to-end support for clinical trials from study start up to monitoring through to study close out, across commercial and government contracts. Together, we help clients define and develop clinical programs, minimize delays, and execute high-quality, cost-efficient clinical studies.
Associate, Import/Export
Work condition: (1) Fully Remote (2) Hybrid (3) Fully Office - Gangnam, Seoul
Type: Regular (정규직)
Key responsibilities:
Support the VAT recovery for DAP shipments in the country.
Support the shipping docs. filing activities.
Ensure that import & export activities are done according to PPD requirements, Client requirements and applicable regulations.
Ensure an Import & Export plan is in place for each project.
Perform any other logistic & administrative activities according to their needs and growth of the Department.
Meet with the Import/Export Manager to discuss import & export issues.
Provides appropriate recommendations and alerts.
On going Training on new Regulations concerning both Import/Exports and GMP activities.
Maintain Updated PPD Owned Metrics Indicators Reports.
Keys to Success
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred
strong communication skill both in Korean and English
1 year of import/export experince
