Job Description
About the Role:
The successful candidate should have expertise in protein purification and enjoy working in a multidisciplinary environment. The person will work closely with biotechnologists, the technology improvement department, and the R&D team to produce proteins for the molecular biology industry. The supervisor of the enzyme production unit is responsible for representing operations and arranging necessary resources to ensure timely protein delivery, addressing any non-conformities, and making improvements. Develop strategic plans, set individual performance goals, and ensure their effective implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the operation representative in the protein production area.
Respond to queries received via email from clients or colleagues.
Initiate and lead major change procedures.
Actively use PPI tools and methods.
Collaborating with various departments, such as Quality Assurance, Production, R&D, Technological Improvement, and customer service teams.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and process tools.
Support the creation of new product ideas and procedures.
Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience Required:
Master’s degree in life sciences, molecular biology, chemistry, or a related field.
Proficiency in English.
Computer literacy (MS Office 365).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of general principles of ISO standards.
Knowledge of working in cleanroom facilities.

Salary 2626 – 3938 Eur./month before taxes.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €31,500.00–€47,250.00.
