How will you make an impact?

Drive collaboration and communications across multiple functions, including but not limited to category managers, buyers, supply chain, performance engineers, supplier development engineers.

This position performs work directly with suppliers on project teams to increase supplier capability and proactively work future capacity gaps.

Extremely adaptable to changing requirements in projects, resources and business scenarios while being able to focus & deliver on goals and objectives.

What will you do?

  • Proactively identify and systematically work opportunities to drive productivity and sourcing savings within our business. This applies not only to operations, but the entire enterprise.

  • Operates as an internal project manager within the procurement team and across a global network of divisions, groups, functions, and categories to ensure successful projects are completed.

  • Participates in lean events and works collaboratively with suppliers and multiple business division functions to address and resolve supplier issues using root cause and corrective action (RCCA)

  • Technically qualify supplier capacity and capability and participate in approvals of direct material and assemblies for our products.

  • Prepare and coordinate critical onsite and virtual meetings to maintain alignment on project deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree with a minimum of 6+ years’ experience, or, Masters with 4+ years’ experience related to Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Supplier management or equivalent experience, is required

  • Familiar with Change Management and supporting all activities related to validating and implementing specification changes.

  • High level of understanding of manufacturing processes and practices of multi-cultural, multi-commodity suppliers i.e. Contract manufacturers, PCB, PCBA and OEM suppliers

  • Experience with RFI, RFP, RFQ process with quoting experience on NRE, tooling and engineering changes in order to validate or challenge supplier costs.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service focus

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Ability to travel up to 30%

Monthly salary from 2,500 to 3,750 Eur before taxes and additional benefits package.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €30,000.00–€45,000.00.
