Job Description

As a Field Service Engineer, you will deliver outstanding service to our customers and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our CMD TEA products. That will directly influence our customers' success in their research and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work independently to support CMD products through installations, customer trainings, on-site diagnostics and repair services, preventative maintenance, and application methodology delivery.

  • Provide remote technical assistance and consultation to customers, ensuring issues are resolved exceptionally.

  • Accurately document field service activities, including installation reports, repair reports, and preventative maintenance reports, and submit them promptly through the required system.

  • Follow DOA and Hot Account procedures to report issues to related functions and collaborate with teams to solve them.

  • Implement key account strategies for high-profile customers and maintain robust relationships with industry opinion leaders.

  • Share experience and methodology of product services and applications with colleagues to improve team support capacity.

  • Assist service sales to win more service orders and contribute to our ambitious growth targets.

  • Actively participate in PPI projects to continuously optimize work quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • BS degree or equivalent experience in analytical chemistry, chemical engineering, machinery, electronics, or relevant majors.

  • Two years or more of working and operational experience with ICP, ICPMS, and AAS, along with proficiency in computer knowledge.

  • Preference will be given to those with 2+years field service experience of ICP, ICPMS and AAS, previous experience in installing, servicing, and application support of analytical instrumentation.

  • Strong determination and interest in diagnosing and solving problems related to hardware and applications of with ICP, ICPMS, and AAS.

  • Ability to work independently with effective interpersonal skills.

  • Effective oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
