Job Description
Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is currently seeking an exceptional candidate for the position of Assembler I in our Manufacturing department located in Tijuana. As an Assembler I at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our world-class manufacturing processes and play a key role in ensuring flawless products are delivered to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Strictly adhere to manufacturing procedures and guidelines to assemble products accurately and efficiently
Determine quality issues and collaborate with the team to implement corrective actions
Successfully operate and maintain manufacturing equipment
Compete assigned tasks within given timeframes to meet production goals
Actively participate in team meetings, sharing ideas and collaborating with colleagues
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent experience will be considered
Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly role
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
