As an Intercompany Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring flawless financial transactions between our different entities or subsidiaries. Responsibilities:
Analyze and reconcile intercompany balances: Review and compare financial transactions between related entities to identify and resolve any discrepancies or variations.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies: Collaborate with other departments or entities to research and understand the root causes of discrepancies and resolve them in a timely manner.
Documentation management: Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Discover opportunities for enhancing processes: Implement proven methods to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness in intercompany accounting and reconciliation.
Adhere to relevant accounting regulations: Follow internal controls and company policies when performing intercompany account reconciliations.
Generate regular reports and offer analyses: Enhance decision-making by providing management and other interested parties with valuable insights on intercompany balances and transactions.
Requirements:
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Strong communication abilities to effectively collaborate with different individuals involved.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Excel.
Intermediate proficiency in English or Spanish.
