A challenging opportunity exists in finance to play a key role in managing the financial success of the Genetic Analysis Business. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for the analysis of financial reports, trends and opportunities, cost quoting and support of the annual operating plan.
Develop and maintain commercial reporting (with actual versus plan/forecast analysis) and statistical data (sales, customer)
Responsible for the assisting in AOP and Forecasting and its submissions
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the Business Unit, Division, and Corporate
Reporting of monthly financial performance
Provides Ad Hoc reporting on as needed basis.
Completes special projects as determined by manager.
Participates in PPI projects.
Demonstrate leadership skills by leading data analysis used in project resolution.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
2 or more years’ experience in finance related roles preferred.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Oracle/E1 (or major ERP) experience preferred.
Experience with Hyperion (financial management reporting tool) or strong aptitude for multidimensional financial databases a plus.
Strong communication/leadership skills.
