Job Description

The Pricing Analyst II, APJ is supporting the overall growth and performance of the Life Sciences and Laboratory Products Group (LSLPG) and Genetic Sciences Group (GSG). Contributes to drive best-in-class commercial sales excellence through strategic pricing operations and enhancements.

Job Description

  • Owns and manage the CPQ system, ensuring its optimal performance, accuracy, and alignment with business strategies and sales goals.

  • Manage and optimize CPQ system to ensure accurate and efficient quoting configuration.

  • Effectively manage support requests and improvements related to CPQ functionalities and pricing operations.

  • Partner with marketing to translate marketing promotion into execution.

  • Identify gaps, streamline and automate processes for pricing data uploads and maintenance to improve the quoting and sales process.

  • Collaborate with IT and system administrators to improve pricing systems.

  • Contribute effectively to the development and implementation of strategic pricing policies and procedures.

  • Prepare detailed reports on pricing operations metrics, process improvements, and the overall effectiveness of pricing strategies.

  • Identify and create synergies between existing systems, processes and people to achieve productivity gains within the organization

  • Drive alignment across country teams within the region on pricing processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency in pricing strategies and operations.

  • Work closely with project teams (e.g. strategic pricing, global sales operations/pricing, integration office) and other functional teams to ensure APJ region meets timelines and requirements

  • Support team lead in driving synergies between CPQ and Salesforce.com.

  • Perform other related projects/functions as the need arises by the team lead

Requirements

  • Degree in Business/Economics/Analytics or other related field. Exposure in MNC working environment

  • 2 to 4 years demonstrable experience in pricing analysis, sales operations, or a similar role with a focus on CPQ systems

  • Experience in Life Sciences preferred

  • Excellent analytical skills, supported by a solid attention to detail

  • Experience with CPQ software, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and ERP systems.

  • Must- have skills: Excel (proficient), Power Point (good knowledge) and Word (good knowledge)

  • Technical skills: SQL Server, Power BI

  • A self-starter with analytical astuteness and a high ability to manage tight deadlines

  • Comfortable communicating with various teams within region and globally
