Job Description
Position Summary:
Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our China Service Marketing team. The individual will be responsible for marketing and communication activities and product support & system maintenance as well as provide admin support for senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Marcom events, campaigns, telemarketing, and downstream marketing activities for leads generation and branding to drive market growth.
Create engaging content for the Service website, WeChat, WeServe, and any other online/offline marketing projects. Manage marketing materials, ensuring their availability and distribution as needed.
Support PM on product management and system maintenance including providing out-of-system quotations and updating data in different systems.
Provide admin. support for senior leaders, incl. manage calendar, arrange/coordinate meetings, liaise with internal staff at all levels when necessary, make and polish PPT with provided contents etc.
Misc. errands assigned by senior leaders
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, science, advertising, or a related field is required. Major in chemistry, data analysis is also within range for consideration. Consider less experience if with a master's degree.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing communication or related roles.
Strong communication skills are a must. Capability to thrive under pressure and excel in a fast-paced environment with diverse partners.
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
Proficiency in computer skills (PPT, Word, Excel) relevant to the role
Strong written and spoken abilities in both Chinese and English are required.
