Job Description

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking an exceptional Account Manager (Chromatography & Mass Spec.) to join our world-class team in Gangnam District. This is a unique opportunity to work for a globally renowned company that enables customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize new client opportunities and develop solution implementation and growth strategies.

  • Manage and nurture account relationships to drive expansion and renewals across the full CMD portfolio.

  • Identify, document, and confirm the best technology choice to meet customer needs.

  • Provide quotations, negotiate contracts, and close orders with end users and purchasing departments.

  • Use data and metrics to create and report on strategies and tactics for account development.

  • Drive growth by expanding current account penetration and share of wallet.

  • Leverage cross-sell motions and activities.

  • Manage territory direction and develop sales strategies to meet plan and expand business.

  • Leverage internal and external resources to meet customer needs.

  • Lead collaboration and coordination with technical sales and other internal partners to provide technical expertise.

  • Attend and run technical business presentations and represent Thermo Fisher Scientific at customer events.

  • Exchange account information and sales leads within Thermo Fisher Scientific commercial divisions.

  • Work expertly in a team selling environment, engaging the best internal company resources to solve customer challenges.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Sales representative with 5+ years of experience; Analytical Instruments preferred.

  • Over 7+ years of experience preferred.

  • Experience and knowledge in Chromatography and Mass Spectroscopy preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, physics, or equivalent experience.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Strong written English skills.
