Are you ready to take your healthcare career to the next level? Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. has an exceptional opportunity for a Med Information Nurse I in Montreal. As a world-class leader in the healthcare industry, Thermo Fisher Scientific is renowned for its innovative solutions and flawless execution.

This is a hybrid role that will require 1 day at least in the office per week. This may increase depending on the client's needs. Must be within driving distance to the Quebec office. Must have an active nurse license to practice in the Quebec area. Must be French and English fluent.

Responsibilities:

Respond accurately and professionally to technical and medical information inquiries via phone, email, internet, or mail.

Analyze caller's questions to provide accurate and concise responses using approved resources.

Record inquiries and interactions in the appropriate databases following organizational, client, and regulatory guidelines.

Identify, record, and triage adverse events and product complaints according to guidelines.

Maintain thorough knowledge of project and corporate policies, client products, SOPs, protocols, GCPs, and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with internal and external client contacts to resolve complex inquiries.

Research medical literature and draft responses as needed.

Requirements:

Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.

Active nursing license to practice in Quebec is required

Proven experience in a healthcare role.

Must be fluent in French and English

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Meticulous eye for detail and adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
