POSITION: FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER
Job Title : Engineer II, Field Service
Location : Tuscany ( Italy ) - remote
Job Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain instruments to ensure safe and effective customer operations
Provide responsive telephone and on-site support to assist customers with instrument usage
Manage own assets, including spare parts stock, company car, tools, and software
Coordinate work schedule with relevant partners and produce accurate reports of activities
Inform customers of our company's other products and services
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in field service or a related engineering role
Strong technical skills and knowledge of instrumentation
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
