Job Description

This role will drive Spare Parts growth across CAD businesses by crafting the Spare Parts packages, value proposition and commercial infrastructure needed to deliver services success globally. With the high share of Spare Parts revenue in the overall business, this role is a key enabler of profitable growth of CAD Services. Analyzing market and choosing the right Go-To-Market approach, including eCommerce, will be critical to growing the business.

This role is focused on incremental growth initiatives and driving profitability impacting the way we sell Spare Parts both at equipment Point-Of-Sale and in the aftermarket space.

In order to be successful, this function will work closely with the Product Managers, Technical Support, BU Services Leadership, Services Marketing and Market Development.

Focus and Responsibilities:

  • Develop & launch new Spare Parts packages using a disciplined project management approach.

  • Own and maintain Spare Parts portfolio, pricing strategy and sales enablement tools.

  • Design and implement Go-To-Market strategies, including eCommerce channel in selected markets.

  • Own Annual Price Roll process for Spare Parts globally and collaborate with local teams to deploy in ERPs.

  • Collaborate with Commercial and Service Sales organizations to drive business growth through trainings, tools development and key initiatives.

  • Lead execution of planned programs by using internal marketing communications.

  • Drive initiatives with Market Development team to increase lead generation.

  • Analyze market data and campaign results to achieve a desired return on investment, fine tuning tactics as indicated by market results.

Education

Required: Bachelor degree

Preferred: Master degree or MBA

Experience

Required:

  • Minimum 3 years of services marketing experience with exposure to Spare Parts and Pricing.

Preferred:

  • Managing service offering design and launch.

  • Managing virtual teams. International experience is a plus.

  • Experience in eCommerce is a plus.

  • Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally, up to 20 percent or more as the need arises.

  • Excellent interpersonal communications, teamwork, and cross-cultural skills.

  • A demonstrated passion for marketing excellence.
