How will you make an impact?
The PMO & Analytics leader will lead the team that is responsible for delivery and governance of key digital services across the Customer Channels Group (CCG) that provide innovative technology capabilities for our $4.7 billion distribution division. Reporting to the Group VP of CCG IT, this leader will manage the global Project Management Office (PMO), Architectural Standards, Data Science Strategy, and our Shared Services engagement. This role interacts with all levels of the organization, bringing together Group IT, Shared Services IT, and our Business colleagues, from senior leadership to individual teams in a highly collaborative environment. The role will consist of highly strategic, process and innovation components. We prefer the PMO & Analytics leader be located in Pittsburgh, PA, but will consider working remotely.
What will you do?
Global Project and Architectural Governance :
Expand our Demand and Capacity Planning processes
Intake, prioritization and resource planning
Expand our Project Management and Technology Architectural frameworks:
Discovery, Business Case, Delivery, QA, Benefits Realization
Establish architectural governance in partnership with Shared Services
Lead team of project management and technical architectural professionals
Train and advise our organization on governance frameworks
Engage with leadership and our Shared Services partners to drive seamless execution of our strategic roadmap and objectives
Establish and regularly report on X-matrix, A3s and KPI metric performance aligned to PPI Business System
Data Science and Analytics Enablement :
Partner with Shared Services to define and execute on CCG strategy to unleash business insight through emerging, innovative technologies
Partner with shared services teams to define operational dashboards to facilitate business key performance indicators / metrics management
Engage with shared services and business to leverage our critical business data via Corporate Data Lake to effectively provide downstream actionable insights
Shared Services Engagement :
Through collaboration with our Shared Services colleagues including e-business, infrastructure and applications teams, align planning and drive execution of our CCG roadmap to expand digital enablement of our business
Govern and influence the portfolio of activities within shared services PMOs and enterprise architecture to insure CCG needs are understood to effectively provide customer facing digital capabilities and share applications across business units
How will you get here?
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or a technical-related field
Experience leading and empowering global diverse teams in matrixed environment
Experience operating in an Agile environment is a plus
Worked within technology or business environment for 8 years
