How will you make an impact?

The Supply Chain Specialist will be the main point of contact for the assigned Customers for supply chain related topics. Supervision of the completion of the main steps to guarantee product manufacturing, release and delivery according to customers' demand.

What will you do?

  • Handle Customer demand - Receive forecast and purchase orders, make evaluations, monitor trends & variations and promptly discuss them with Planning department; keep SAP system updated with current information; create & update reports

  • Coordinate internal Functions based on Customer requests in order to meet On Time Delivery; take part in daily Business unit meetings; monitor production and laboratory activities and provide Customers with updates on timelines

  • Arrange and monitor inbound and outbound shipments of Customer material; coordinate warehouse schedule; prepare shipping documents; collaborate with couriers & freight forwarders

  • Issue invoices upon completion of products and services

  • Be proactive in answering Customer requests after alignment with internal functions such as Finance, Quality Operations, Business Management & Production

How will you get here?

  • Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Education

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience either in Pharmaceutical Industry or in Supply Chain/Logistics

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

  • Proficient in English

  • Experience with SAP is considered a plus
