Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Sterile Pharmaceutical Preparation Room Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and precision in our sterile preparation room, contributing to the production of life-saving medications.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain the sterile environment in the pharmaceutical preparation room.
Follow strict protocols and guidelines to ensure the sterility of the preparation area.
Accurately measure and mix pharmaceutical ingredients according to prescribed formulas.
Operate and maintain specialized equipment used in the preparation process.
Perform routine cleaning and sterilization of equipment and work surfaces.
Document all activities and procedures accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in a sterile pharmaceutical environment is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a sterile environment.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends, as needed.
