MAIN SCOPE OF THE POSITION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a pivotal figure in the organization, the CM & Communication Manager coordinates site communication strategy and transformational deployment Change Management ensuring the accurate alignment across the entire site.

We are looking for a change management professional with a strong curiosity about internal employee communications – someone who can partner with project teams to assist with developing change strategies, drafting communication materials, and coordinating with those responsible for appropriate training strategies. The ideal candidate thrives in a constantly evolving environment and is skilled at aligning teams around common messages and approaches.

The position will coordinate across project workstreams, supporting change impact analyses, participating in change workshops, helping to develop communication results, and mentor and educating functional team members to ensure effective change and communication strategies.

The role plays a crucial role in evaluating initiatives, inspiring change in people attitude and encouraging organizational success.

ASSIGNMENTS, SPECIFIC/PRIMARY ACTIVITIES:

  • Coordinate the implementation of site and functional strategies from a Change management perspective.

  • Deploy change management and communication tools maintaining a consistent approach throughout the organization.

  • Serve as a Project change Management support for high-complexity and strategic projects, ensuring successful delivery.

  • Provide support to project teams during the planning, execution, and control phases, ensuring timely project completion and internalization.

  • Inspire change in both people and factory attitude to achieve desired results.

  • Implement change management culture and project management tools across the organization through training and engagement initiatives.

  • Coordinate the site's overall communication management framework, collaborating with functions and site management to measure performance and align with divisional and company goals.

  • Partners on internal communication and change management efforts for assigned programs, projects or initiatives.

  • Assists with change analysis and change impact assessments to figure out risks and benefits associated with changes resulting from business transformation initiatives.

  • Assesses change readiness and identifies key customers.

  • Partners on internal change communications initiatives, including developing business level key messages, talking points, FAQs and other materials to support change and communication events such as Town Hall events etc.

  • Handles internal communications channels and platforms (email, SharePoint sites, video streaming, etc.)

  • Prepare the impacted business areas for transition to new ways of working.

All the activities are driven under the mentorship and supervision of the Director, PPI Program Realization to ensure full alignment with site goals.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field is required. Change management certification (Prosci or CCMP) a plus.

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in corporate or employee communications, with an emphasis on change management and critical communication.

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to maintain relationships with various audiences.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and on own initiative.

  • Handle participant's expectations, queries and challenges.

  • Advanced PowerPoint, Excel skills

  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
