Join our team at Thermo Fisher as an experienced Engineering Compliance Manager. In this role, you will ensure regulatory compliance within the Engineering Department, upholding Thermo Fisher's i-values and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

This position is located at Thermo Fisher Scientific Lengnau Site in Switzerland.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee CQV, re-qualification, CSV, and engineering compliance activities, supporting the engineering team and meeting GMP inspection standards.

  • Develop and implement compliance policies, processes, and procedures aligned with Thermo Fisher's i-values.

  • Coordinate commissioning, qualification, and validation activities for facilities, equipment, and processes, ensuring regulatory requirements are met.

Your Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of engineering experience in pharmaceutical operations, with a strong familiarity with regulatory compliance.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in German and English

  • An Efficiency mindset, a proven track record of optimizing organizations, and the ability to foster a self-driven, non-hierarchical culture.

  • Experience in empowering organizations, developing talent, and creating agile teams with multifaceted strengths.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, such as GMP, FDA, and EU GMP.
