Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with distributors in customer education and scientific promotion to reach sales target .

  • Work with vertical sales team, to initiate local sales plan based on national strategies and execution.

  • Hire/manage/evaluate ID distributors in territory.

  • Visit end users to deeply understand their needs and questions, and provide timely feedback and solutions to customers.

  • Organize training and application support to customers and distributors in territory.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above in related majors.Medical laboratory or medical - related majors are preferred.

  • 3+ years’ experience in sales and distribution channel management position, with successful track record.

  • Good communication skill, High team spirit.

  • Willing to travel frequently.

  • Work hard, and willing to face challenge.

  • Have experience in new product market promotion and clinical demand development
