Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Work with distributors in customer education and scientific promotion to reach sales target .
Work with vertical sales team, to initiate local sales plan based on national strategies and execution.
Hire/manage/evaluate ID distributors in territory.
Visit end users to deeply understand their needs and questions, and provide timely feedback and solutions to customers.
Organize training and application support to customers and distributors in territory.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above in related majors.Medical laboratory or medical - related majors are preferred.
3+ years’ experience in sales and distribution channel management position, with successful track record.
Good communication skill, High team spirit.
Willing to travel frequently.
Work hard, and willing to face challenge.
Have experience in new product market promotion and clinical demand development
