Location/Division Specific Information:
This position is based in Juncos, Puerto Rico.
A Day in the Life:
Work within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to provide updates to equipment work order records.
Coordinate scheduling of equipment with internal customers and external vendors.
Perform vendor escorting for work site activities.
Support the procurement of materials for equipment management.
Generate client requested reports.
Provide extensive customer service, including timely response to service status requests.
Serve as the first point of contact for any lab support service questions.
Maintain safety awareness and author work instructions.
Promote a safe work environment through various safety initiatives.
Embrace Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodologies.
Attend required training sessions.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required.
2+ years of experience in a Laboratory and GXP environments (equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered).
Strong communication skills and proactive approach in all duties.
Computer/software skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Smartsheet).
Analytical, detail oriented, and critical thinking abilities.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Work overtime may be required based on business needs.
