What will you do?

[Job Description]

• Responsible for inventory analysis and management to ensure adequate stocking level.

• Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

• Plan, prepare and manage annual Stock takes and regular cycle counting over the year.

• SOP/ WI regular update and management.

• Inbound wrong ship management.

• Return unit system receiving.

• Global Scrap management.

• Trouble shooting for inventory issues/system error.

• Continuous improvement process & Cost saving.

• Various SCM Project support.

• Other tasks as defined in related company procedure or assigned by the direct supervisor.

How will you get there?

Education

• bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

• Experience in SCM field preferred. (logistics, distribution center, warehouse, planning)

• ERP (SAP, Oracle E1, etc), WMS, TMS, OMS

• Improvement activity tool experience. (Kaizen, Six Sigma, lean, Gemba, Kata, 5S, JDI, Heatmap)

• Project experience such a project leader/member preferred.

• Participate in cost-saving activities as a leader or team member preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• English (Read/Write/Speak)

• OA skills (Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Power Automate, Class, Visio, Sketch up, RPA)

• Clear communication

• Teamwork
