Job Location: Hyderabad, India

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our team. Our team is dedicated to developing new services and ensuring their successful launch. You will be accountable for developing new services/ contracts using a well-defined project management approach, leading multi-functional teams through the entire NPD process, and ensuring the successful launch of services in collaboration with key collaborators.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers, Regional Service Managers, and Sales to ensure successful service launches.

  • Define and handle project scope, develop project plans, and implement risk management practices as per the specific NPD process for your business unit.

  • Achieve key business metrics defined for each project.

  • Maintain alignment with Global R&D teams on business unit needs and existing product development roadmaps and prioritization.

  • Work efficiently and collaborate with multi-functional teams throughout all phases of the NPD process.

  • Regularly meet with team members to discuss progress, providing mentorship on process improvement, and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electronics & Communication) or a related field.

  • 10-12 years of total work experience, with a consistent history in project management using stage-gate processes.

  • Minimum of 2 years of end-to-end product development experience as a Program Manager, demonstrating strong understanding of the PDLC process, practices, and audits.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

  • Proven understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for laboratory equipment and medical devices.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and MPP tools.

Delegation and prioritization: Efficiently delegate and prioritize engineering decisions for yourself and team members.

Risk management: Efficiently identify, measure, communicate, and mitigate risks, recommending data-driven and well-analysed solutions.

Interpersonal skill: Possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to facilitate clear and concise communication at all levels and build positive relationships with internal and external partners.

Expertise in project management in theory and practical experience, Ability to manage Scope, Schedule, cost & Quality requirements, and ability to facilitate & implement organizational change.

Leadership: Take complete ownership of project success, leading and engaging teams with multifaceted strengths, encouraging accountability, and achieving timely and high-quality results through continuous improvement.

Technical proficiency: Proficient in using various project management tools, techniques, and software.

Independence and adaptability: Demonstrate strong independence, the ability to work efficiently under ambiguity, and thrive into a global environment.

Customer Satisfaction : You will maintain a strong focus on customer needs and experiences, ensuring that our new services deliver exceptional value and satisfaction.
