Job Description

Seeking a high-reaching and confirmed Engineer II, Field Service-GC/GCHS/GCMS to join our elite Engineering team in Hyderabad. As an Engineer II, you will have the chance to lead This role to ensuring excellent performance and customer happiness.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle regulatory product groups for Installation/Operation/Re-qualification activities and periodic maintenance

  • Collaborate with teams from various departments to understand customer requirements and efficiently implement solutions.

  • Conduct detailed inspections and maintenance on instruments, ensuring outstanding quality and accuracy.

  • Provide technical support to customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly

  • Conduct training sessions for customers and colleagues on instrument operation and maintenance

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field,

  • Validated experience in handling GC/GCHS/GCMS

  • Validated understanding of instrument installation, operation, and maintenance

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Outstanding communication and social skills
