How will you make an impact?

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with extensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system experience to drive development supporting commercial CRM functions. In this role you will partner with various sales, marketing, business development and sales operations stakeholders to build and enhance CRM commercial applications to support business needs. The ideal candidate will use their knowledge of CRM systems and standard methodologies to advise partners on how to best leverage CRM to meet their needs and optimally communicate those needs to development resources. In this position you will add significant value for our users and the business as a whole.

What will you do?

  • Become an expert on commercial functions managed within MSD’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.

  • Lead large scale CRM development projects in support of defined business objectives.

  • Partner with commercial customers to define business objectives and CRM requirements to meet those objectives.

  • Lead user acceptance testing and training for all CRM commercial enhancements.

  • Handle product support efforts for all commercial functions.

  • Monitor system enhancements deployed from Microsoft, assess their fit for the business users and our platform, and make recommendations to the IT and CRM support teams for their inclusion in our platform.

  • Lead CRM data governance strategy and data cleanup efforts.

  • Provide end user support for break/fix issues for CRM commercial functions.

  • Conduct root cause analysis on CRM break/fix requests.

  • Act as a liaison between the business and the CRM IT team.

  • Partner with CRM IT support team, the CRM product owner, and requestors to set prioritization on CRM requests.

  • Work with IT support to ensure that that technical development requirements align with business stakeholder requirements.

  • Develop reports and advanced finds to support the reporting needs of the business.

How will you get here?

Education

Bachelor’s degree; GED or HS Diploma with relevant years of experience will be considered

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience working with CRM or ERP systems; prefer Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce applications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Creative, collaborative problem solver that thrives in a fast-paced team environment

  • Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions

  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodology

  • Ability to travel 5-10%
