Position Summary:

This person has responsibility for implementing regional marketing strategy, campaign execution and demand generation for LSMS across EMEA. This, high-profile, exciting role will act as a key connection with Global and Business Unit marketing, resulting in measurable impact on revenue and pipeline! Partnering with the commercial organization, the position will provide direct marketing support as well as collaborate on regional goal setting. This role will also work with the broader regional marketing team and Global Marketing on market dynamics, driving opportunities, customer requirements and sales pipeline needs. Key Responsibilities:

As a valued member of the team, the responsibilities for this position are to build and develop the annual marketing strategy and plans, implement regional marketing programs and own the go-to-market strategy for new product launches for LSMS to drive demand generation, pipeline health, new contacts and empower the EMEA commercial team.

This will involve collaborating and forming a close relationship with Business Unit Product Marketing, Divisional Marketing, Regional Marketing Managers across the globe and other global teams to implement and run digital-based nurturing programs, telemarketing campaigns, conduct and act-upon voice-of-customer and sales enablement initiatives amongst others to strengthen the lead and opportunity pipeline. In parallel, supervising program and campaign performance for return on investment and proactively taking steps to improve results where required and reporting accomplishments through regional marketing reports and reviews.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Degree in life or physical sciences. Technical knowledge of mass spectrometry and on-hands lab experience is an advantage

  • Minimum 2 years Marketing and/or commercial experience. Higher degree or marketing qualification is an advantage

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills especially for large audiences (oral/written), problem solving, active listening skills, collaborative approach, leadership skills, ability to influence in a matrix setting

  • Proficiency in running multiple projects and demands and working with an agile marketing approach

  • Strong initiative, problem-solving ability and sense of ownership when driving projects to completion

  • Innovative and positive demeanor

  • Ability to work independently/in a group setting/with little direction/without direct supervision

  • Experience with planning of multi-channel marketing campaigns and concept of customer-journeys

  • Willing to take action

  • 10-20% travel
