Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the growth of our lab chemicals portfolio.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Create compelling content and materials to support marketing initiatives
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure flawless execution of marketing plans
Evaluate the efficiency of channel programs and improve upon them.
Performs detailed analysis and routine reporting around business performance and segmentation.
Establish and nurture connections with important individuals, such as clients and influential figures within the industry.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in chemical, life sciences, or similar discipline. Graduate degree or MBA preferred
8+ years’ experience in strategic marketing with digital, product management, and project management in the chemical market or similar markets.
B2C marketing experience preferred, especially those who got share gains in the steadfast market.
Excellent skills in analyzing and developing strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ambitious and driven to achieve goals
Fluency in English and Korean
