Job Description
What will you do
Achieving sales targets and establishing and executing strategies
Establishes, builds, and owns relationships with customer and distributors
Develop/enhance customer/distributor relationships to drive revenue growth in the designated territory through the effective use of Salesforce.com in managing the opportunity pipeline.
Accurate demand planning & forecasting through comprehensive use of Salesforce.com
Drives promotional initiatives and sales strategies in alignment with Marketing Strategy into account
Manage Distributors’ sales and optimize sales performance through data analysis
Manage sales orders and review the details and validate the customers and prices
Achieve sales objectives by providing support to the customers and distributors
Promoting products and solutions to customers
Education
- Bachelor’s degree with a scientific focus such as Biology, Biochemistry, Biological science or related field. Other degrees will be considered with appropriate work history.
Experience
At least 5 years relevant experience in sales and account relationship management
Must have an outstanding understanding of Pharm-Bio markets and be knowledgeable of diverse laboratory product application
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Ability to work in a team environment and influence others to achieve results
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
Strategic selling and market development ability
Strong commercial competence with the ability to articulate and communicate business opportunities
