In this key role, you will be solely responsible for the Operations management team in Fremont, which includes manufacturing, planning, purchasing, inventory, shipping/receiving, and repairs. You will ensure the manufacturing of quality products through the departmental standards and procedures, and continuous quality, safety, and efficiency improvement efforts. Leads, supports, and enables a continuous improvement culture.

A Day in the Life:

  • Lead and manage a team of operations professionals to ensure flawless execution of manufacturing processes.

  • Implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine production goals and successfully implement them.

  • Foster a culture of inclusion and collaboration to promote a positive work environment.

  • Build and nurture strong connections with individuals both within and outside the organization.

Keys to Success:

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors Degreee required.

  • 5+ years of operations experience with demonstrated ability as the manager of an operations team.

  • Must possess outstanding knowledge and a proven track record to achieve improvements using quality systems and lean manufacturing tools, concepts, and methodologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to provide personnel leadership.

  • Proven track-record to interact effectively with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to achieve business objectives.

  • Must demonstrate proficiency in the development of reports for measuring operations efficiency.

  • Understands principles of ERP information systems and their role.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $141,800.00–$212,675.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
