In this key role, you will be solely responsible for the Operations management team in Fremont, which includes manufacturing, planning, purchasing, inventory, shipping/receiving, and repairs. You will ensure the manufacturing of quality products through the departmental standards and procedures, and continuous quality, safety, and efficiency improvement efforts. Leads, supports, and enables a continuous improvement culture.
A Day in the Life:
Lead and manage a team of operations professionals to ensure flawless execution of manufacturing processes.
Implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine production goals and successfully implement them.
Foster a culture of inclusion and collaboration to promote a positive work environment.
Build and nurture strong connections with individuals both within and outside the organization.

Keys to Success:
Education and Experience
Bachelors Degreee required.
5+ years of operations experience with demonstrated ability as the manager of an operations team.
Must possess outstanding knowledge and a proven track record to achieve improvements using quality systems and lean manufacturing tools, concepts, and methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to provide personnel leadership.
Proven track-record to interact effectively with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to achieve business objectives.
Must demonstrate proficiency in the development of reports for measuring operations efficiency.
Understands principles of ERP information systems and their role.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $141,800.00–$212,675.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
