Responsibilities:
Conduct testing and troubleshooting of complex electronic products
Perform system level functional testing and verification
Collaborate with the engineering team to determine test requirements
Develop and implement test procedures and protocols
Maintain accurate records of tests performed and results obtained
Identify and recommend improvements to testing procedures and equipment
Assist in the training and mentoring of junior technicians
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent experience; associate degree preferred
Proven experience as a Test Technician in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of electronic testing methods and equipment
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to strictly adhere to safety protocols and quality standards
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
