Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Ops Training Specialist I to join our world-class team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. in Eindhoven. As a Manufacturing role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring flawless operations and driving our ambitious goals forward.
Responsibilities:
Determine training needs and develop training programs for manufacturing personnel
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement training initiatives
Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and competencies
Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as necessary
Strictly adhere to all safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment
Requirements:
Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs in a manufacturing setting
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
