We are looking for a new member of the global Digital Transformation team based in France, Czech Republic, the Netherlands and the USA. We strive to bring digital technology into our products, solutions and services, enabling connectivity, data extraction and data analysis in order to change the way how we do business and to help science progress through the data!

Responsibilities

You will develop insights into how our products and services are helping our customers achieve their goals in cooperation with fellow analysts, engineers, product managers and product owners.

Typical tasks:

  • Develop analytics (models, metrics, algorithms), prepare data pipelines and model deployments (both for statistical analysis and machine learning) while helping to scale the data infrastructure.

  • Help teams identify data analytics and assist in defining intuitive visualizations and prepare, evaluate, extract and qualify data for analysis.

  • Communicate on plans and outcomes and document to provide context and understanding of the results.

Who do we look for

  • A degree in Engineering, Master, PhD in science, mathematics or related subject is required.

  • Two years or more of experience in data analytics, data science, and/or statistics.

  • The ability to quickly understand a variety of topics and recognize areas where data can provide business value, while bringing a curiosity and self-starter mentality.

  • Skills in communication (English), cooperation and critical thinking will help you succeed in your role.

  • The ideal candidate enjoys working in a multi-cultural, collaborative high-tech environment

Experiences in the following tools are considered a plus:

  • Deep learning frameworks and model platforms: Keras, Tensorflow, Pytorch, Hugging Face.

  • Dashboarding visualization: Grafana, PowerBI, Superset.

  • Experience in programming languages and tools (e.g. Python, Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, SQL, Plotly, Git, Jira).
