Responsibilities
Conduct on-site maintenance and installation TEM system in China and follow testing procedures to ensure accurate working order. Provide troubleshooting and repair support with customers and other field service personnel.
Cultivate and develop positive working relationships with customers, system users and company personnel. Complete and submit field service reports.
Provide training for customers and users on system maintenance. Provide feedback to product quality teams.
Understand customer needs and problems to work out vertical offline campaigns in order to explore new service marketing chance.
Work actively, closely and efficiently together with other function teams and commercial team
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree above, prefer in Material, Electronics, Physics or Chemistry.
Typically requires 2-7 years hands on technical experience installing, troubleshooting, repairing and calibrating sophisticated analysis tools such as SEM, TEM, FIB or similar systems.
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin;
Strong organizing and executive ability;
Level of travel required: >60%.
Good communication and able to communicate effectively to draw support from all levels;
Proven track record to troubleshooting sophisticated systems and subsystems down to component level. Experience on troubleshooting and repairing ultra-high vacuum and high voltage systems is helpful.
Familiar with UHV phenomenon and technology.
