As a service support specialist, you will play a crucial role in our mission to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the team, ensuring flawless execution of daily tasks.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement and manage administrative processes.

  • Compete in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting strict deadlines.

  • Determine and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment by actively participating in team meetings and sharing innovative ideas.

  • Controlling of 0800 service, opening and monitoring calls and service order, follow up of the test replacement forms.

  • Supervision of archiving (physical/electronic) of service orders.

  • Purchase order request in the JDE system for Back Office.

  • Management of field service schedule.

  • Management of the execution/frequency of preventive maintenance.

  • Check list reports and closing of work orders for Service Manager.

  • Ensure that field and support procedures are in accordance with procedures established by the local Quality department.

  • Compile report for CAS research submission from Scientific Advisory and Technical Assistance.

  • Update of installed base inventory (equipment and peripherals).

  • SDG Key Account Concierge.

  • Report monthly AST metrics to Sr.Technical Service Manager in Sweden / France and Brazil.

  • Review and update quality procedures in Docnix.

  • Occasional monitoring of technical visits to the customer with field engineers focusing on relationships.

  • Presentation of internal and external Metrics (Power BI) to clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a scientific or healthcare setting.

  • Proficient in Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.

  • English and Spanish - Intermediate level.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ambitious and self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail.
