Project Support Coord

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding technical, logistical, and facilitative support critical to study success.

  • Offer project administrative support by planning, organizing, and coordinating responsibilities for Project Leads, Clinical Team Managers, and other functional leads.

  • Maintain and strictly follow procedures, guidelines, and documentation, including project records.

  • Perform data entry and support the maintenance of database repositories with proven accuracy.

  • Assist in preparing reports and data collection for analysis to ensure high-quality reviews.

  • Support quality reviews to successfully implement project goals.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.

  • Equivalent experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree is acceptable.

  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 1 year).

  • In certain situations, a combination of education, training, and/or relevant experience may be considered equivalent to meet the role's requirements.
