Job Description

Position Summary:

The Senior Manager, CRM GPO is responsible for managing our sales tools and processes (SalesForce.com (SFDC), Configure / Price / Quote (CPQ), Domo reporting). This Senior Manager will oversee the development, implementation and utilization of our sales tools in coordination with the CMD IT team. This role will operate as a key business partner to the Global Sales organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global business processes to ensure the SFDC and CPQ tools are effectively deployed and managed.

  • Establish business reporting and analytics to monitor tool utilization and leverage best practices.

  • Chair the divisional SFDC and CPQ Steering Committee to ensure tool deployment and enhancements are documented, prioritized and actioned in alignment with global business needs.

  • Work with marketing organizations to establish business analytics and reporting relative to win/loss, competitor analysis, campaign effectiveness and market analysis.

  • Partner with sales leadership to implement sales forecasting process and drive forecast accuracy.

  • Implement governance policies and procedures to ensure data is defined and maintained effectively.

  • Partner with IT team to deliver SFDC / CPQ functionality consistent with Steering Committee guidance.

  • Establish training and support tools to facilitate effective SFDC / CPQ tool utilization by user community.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates a strong intellect, personal drive, analytical skills, and communication abilities.

  • Knowledge and experience in implementing integrated systems and processes in a cross-functional operating environment.

  • Works cross-functionally and across geographic boundaries, and effectively influences and partners. Relates well to a wide variety of people, listens and builds constructive relationships, uses diplomacy and tact. Shows creativity and innovation in presenting ideas, and overcoming organizational resistance.

  • Knowledge and experience with SalesForce.com and other CRM tools. Knowledge and experience with SAP preferred.

  • Ability to travel 10 – 20% (including international travel)

Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • A minimum of 8 years of relative work experience.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work well within a matrixed environment, and an ability to build solid relationships/make connections across the organization
