As a member of the North America Regional Market Development Team, you will provide logistical support and coordination of regional marketing activities to drive adoption of clinical next-generation sequencing (NGS) solutions. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and operational duties to enable successful execution of regional marketing strategy. You will build strong cross-functional relationships with colleagues across the organization and support matrixed projects across multiple marketing programs.

What will you do?

  • Lead planning, coordination, and execution of internal meetings between regional marketing and other business functions, such as global marketing, sales, and product management.

  • Lead internal communication channels on behalf of regional marketing including newsletters, webpages, digital messaging platforms, and others.

  • Support and maintain digital resources and repositories for organizing marketing assets and distributing sales enablement tools.

  • Support implementation of commercial enablement initiatives and trainings in coordination with sales leadership.

  • Support the development and execution of regional marketing plans across strategic business pillars in coordination with program leads.

  • Assist in the creation, distribution, and performance analysis of marketing content across multiple channels, including email, web, social media, print, video, and others.

  • Provide tactical and logistical support for promotional and educational events such as webinars, workshops, and conference symposia to drive lead generation.

  • May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.

How will you get here?

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in biological science preferred or in business, marketing, communications, or related fields with experience in molecular diagnostics.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, sales, technical service, product management or other closely related position in life science industry.

  • Shown experience implementing multi-channel strategic marketing plans.

  • Previous experience handling digital marketing channels and coordinating events.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $83,300.00–$115,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
