Lead Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a Lead Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team in the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting equipment, performing root cause analysis, and implementing long-term solutions. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical support to ensure flawless production processes as an SME (Subject Matter Expert).

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on company equipment

  • Coordinate work across team members and guide process improvements

  • Develop preventive maintenance procedures to reduce equipment failures

  • Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements

  • Work with engineers to design and develop new equipment

  • Maintain documentation for equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

  • Provide support for troubleshooting equipment

  • Conduct job trainings for employees as needed

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma (Advanced Education in a scientific field is a plus; equivalent experience will be considered)

  • Technical Certification

  • Minimum of 5+ years of technical mechanical and/or electrical experience or combination of experience and education

  • Technical and leadership experience is preferred

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Root cause resolution approach

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $28.16/hr - $42.25/hr.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
