How will you make an impact?

As a AEM Platform Administrator, you will have the task of taking content from multiple business partners and incorporating it thoughtfully into our website’s content management system. You will collaborate with Digital Content Managers and business partners to ensure digital content is accurate, consistent, and adheres to digital, editorial, SEO and web style guides. You will join a team that is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of our content platform, handling tasks such as user access management, content publishing, platform optimization and user support and training. What will you do?

  • Build and modify web pages within our content management system (Adobe Experience Manager), in accordance with web style guidelines.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain a clear understanding of web content requirements, actively seeking clarification when needed.

  • Ensure that all digital content aligns with brand standards and stays in sync with established web guidelines. Propose improvements based on business partner feedback and web analytics.

  • Optimize web-ready digital graphics by compositing, masking, sharpening, resizing, etc. using Adobe Photoshop.

  • Upload images, marketing documents, and videos into the appropriate asset management system (AEM Assets).

  • Responsible for reviewing and activating pages within our CMS platform, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to established guidelines.

  • Use Workfront to access content, communicate project updates, complete assigned workflow steps and upload URLs for review.

  • Handle workflows within a project management system and maintain timelines of multiple, simultaneous projects.

  • Provide customized training to content authors and regional counterparts on how to build and edit web pages and how to perform advanced level tasks in our CMS.

  • Monitor multiple channels to answer technical questions and provide support to global content authors.

  • Identify, document, and raise tickets, using Jira, for resolving defects and platform improvements.

  • Assist the Digital Engineering team in their bi-weekly sprints by providing authoring support for regression testing.

  • Be available during off-hours to attend meetings or provide technical support to team members based outside the US as needed.

  • Be available evenings and weekends on an as needed basis for special projects and/or when issues arise.

Education & Experience

  • BA/BS required

  • More than 5+ years of hands-on experience managing marketing content within content management systems

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is strongly preferred

  • Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite of products including Photoshop, Acrobat, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver

  • Understanding of HTML and CSS

  • Experience with project management tools, WorkFront and Jira a plus

  • Basic understanding of SEO principles
