We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with legislation and our Integrated Management System (IMS). You will also be responsible for conducting process and product analyses, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement in our processes. Additionally, you will provide training and mentorship on quality tools and support ISO and other certification activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with legislation and Quality Management System

  • Analyze non-conformance trends and prioritize improvement initiatives

  • Support organization in meeting quality management system requirements and drive product quality and process improvements

  • Provide responses on quality issues and actions to requests from Service, Sales and Customers and lead the solution of raised issues.

  • Lead projects using effective project management skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field and a minimum of 3 years of experience, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the required skills

  • Proven track record of improving quality in manufacturing or development processes

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex projects from start to finish

  • Knowledge and experience with improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), auditing and statistical methods

  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and its application

Additional Requirements :

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

  • Strong ethical standards, proactive attitude, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including international and multicultural stakeholders

  • Fluent English language skills, both oral and written

  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally, up to 25% of the time
