Life Sciences Inventory Specialist – Bothell, WA - Remote

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a Life Sciences Inventory Specialist to join our Unity Lab Services team as a Sr. Site Specialist in the Seattle metropolitan area. Responsibilities:

  • Determine inventory requirements and ensure flawless execution of inventory management.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement inventory control processes.

  • Compete in maintaining accurate inventory records and performing regular audits.

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of inventory management systems.

  • Support the team in identifying and resolving any inventory discrepancies.

  • May support a portfolio of services including stockroom services, material handling, order entry, shipping & receiving, lab services, chemical registration, order management, operating customer receiving/procurement systems, and dock management.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.

  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in a related field or industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inventory management (i.e. cycle counts)

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to strictly follow procedures.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • A strong drive to contribute to scientific advancements with a passion for growth and achievement.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Washington is $19.64–$26.18.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
