As the Global Demand Generation Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our marketing initiatives! Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies to generate high-quality leads and increase brand awareness for the Cell Culture Cell Therapy (CCCT) business. In addition, the Demand Generation Manager will support the Biologicals and Chemicals Division (BCD) by analyzing demand programs, making recommendations, and working on projects as needed. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build detailed marketing campaigns and ensure their successful execution. This is a hands-on role that requires validated experience in demand generation, marketing automation, and lead nurturing.

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement global demand generation strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including global market development, regional market development, sales, data analytics, and digital marketing, to build and implement icoordinatedmarketing campaigns.

  • Use marketing automation tools and CRM systems to run and optimize lead generation and nurturing processes.

  • Analyze customer data, market trends and historical tactic performance to identify target audiences and personalize marketing efforts.

  • Work closely with commercial teams to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis, enabling them to successfully connect with prospects and customers to win business.

  • Supervise and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts and achieve critical metrics.

  • Own the demand generation budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to improve return on investment.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve demand generation strategies and tactics.

How you will get there:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation or a similar marketing role.

  • Consistent track record of developing and implementing successful demand generation strategies.

  • Outstanding understanding of marketing automation platforms and lead management processes.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and efficiently implement multiple initiatives.

  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • A self-motivated individual with a passion for driving growth and achieving results.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $93,800.00–$145,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
