Job Description
Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Technician II in the field of Information Technology. Responsibilities:
Offer technical assistance and support for IT systems and software.
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
Collaborate with internal teams to determine IT requirements and successfully implement solutions.
Conduct system audits and ensure flawless operation and security of IT infrastructure.
Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated expertise in IT support and problem resolution.
Exceptional knowledge of hardware and software systems.
Ambitious and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Effective problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
