THE ROLE

Process Definition: Defining new processes for product life cycle management.

Process Analysis: Analysing existing product life cycle management processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

Data Collection and Analysis: Collecting and analysing data to quantify the performance of processes.

Recommendation Development: Developing and presenting recommendations for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.

Automation and Technology Integration: Identifying opportunities for automation, tooling, and technology integration to improve efficiency.

Project Management: Planning and managing projects to implement process improvements.

Change Management: Implementing changes and ensuring that they are adopted effectively by teams and stakeholders.

Training and Development: Providing training to employees to ensure they can work effectively within improved processes.

Monitoring and Feedback: Continuously monitoring and providing feedback on the performance of improved processes to ensure sustained efficiency gains.

IDEAL CANDIDATE / REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.

Experience: 5+ years of experienced with a proven track record for process improvement including the deployment of automation software/tooing to improve efficiency (medical industry is a plus).

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess processes and data to identify areas for improvement.

Problem-Solving: The ability to identify root causes of problems and develop effective solutions.

Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Minitab, or statistical software.

Project Management: Knowledge of project management principles to plan and execute improvement initiatives.

Lean Six Sigma: Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies.

Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of the technical aspects of the industry or processes being optimized.

Change Management: Skills in managing and facilitating change within an organization. Ability to gain followership.

Continuous Learning: A commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and improvement techniques.
