Responsibilities:
Determine and implement a flawless strategy for managing medical affairs and scientific engagement in the Iberian region
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement medical and scientific initiatives
Lead and mentor a team of medical scientific liaisons, ensuring their exceptional performance
Actively collaborate with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to foster meaningful connections.
Offer scientific expertise and assistance to colleagues within the organization and external clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare-related field, advanced degree preferred
Proven experience in medical affairs or scientific engagement within the healthcare industry
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment
