How will you get here?
- Minimum requirement is bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, IT or similar field and 0 – 1 year of suitable experience.
Position Summary:
The Solution Engineer responsibilities include understanding requirements and developing solutions to meet those requirements. Our informatics solutions are a valuable component on top of our products that help to improve the customer experience and drive digital transformation of the lab.
Required skills:
0 - 1 years’ experience implementing laboratory informatics software (LIMS, ELN, LES, SDMS).
Computer programming skills including C#, Phyton, JavaScript, Json, SQL and APIs is a plus.
Good knowledge in Windows Operative systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
Understanding the specific needs and requirements of the laboratory.
Configuring and customizing the LIMS software to suit unique laboratory processes or industry standards.
Performing thorough testing to ensure that the LIMS operates accurately, efficiently, and reliably.
Diagnose issues, report defects, and propose regression tests to discover reoccurrences.
Documenting the entire implementation process, including configurations, customizations, testing procedures, and validation protocols.
Desired skills
Experience in GitHub, Jira, Azure DevOps and Confluence.
Commitment to continuous learning.
