How will you make an impact?

In this role you will be a part of an energetic team! This high visibility role will assist in the preparation of financial statements by performing monthly accounting and closing procedures. You will prepare journal entries including recurring entries and allocations, month-end accruals, pre-paid adjustments and ensure journal entries are accurate and timely. Assist in providing backup needed for balance sheet reviews. Provide the necessary details for transparency of underlying account detail as well as ensure the adequacy of supporting detail.

What will you do?

  • Analyze key income statement and balance sheet accounts

  • Maintain fixed assets sub-ledger including reconciliation to general ledger

  • Maintain and analyze budgets, prepare monthly budget vs. actual reports

  • Administer corporate card, business travel and expense management system

  • Assists with annual audits, quarterly reviews, annual operating plan preparation, internal control testing and internal audit projects

How will you get here?


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or Business Administration

  • CPA and/or MBA is a plus


  • 3-5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance

  • Experienced with compiling and analyzing financial information, including preparing journal entries to support business transactions and preparing key account reconciliations

  • Experienced with accounting systems (CODA, HFM, FAS)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Knowledge of internal controls and process improvement practices

  • MS Excel proficiency

  • Ability to develop effective cross-functional working relationships

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to utilize analytics and trends to better understand past performance and forecast expectations
